Thanks to our beta testers!

In software development, a beta test is the final stage of testing. This is when any final glitches are ironed out with a select group of testers before launching to the wider world.

First up, we’d like to say a huge thank you to our beta testers for helping us with this important task. We’ve done our best to ensure our systems are working smoothly for your arrival.

But to make Electric Kiwi even better for you and future customers, we need your honest feedback. Really honest. Don’t hold back! Please tell us of anything you come across during the sign up process or in your account that doesn’t quite work as you thought it would, is slow or is not clear on what you should do next.

Browse around our website and check out our FAQs – are there any queries you have that are not answered in there? Any information you think needs to be more prominent on our website? Or anything needing further explanation?

Feedback is very gratefully received. We’d love it if you could get in touch using our online customer service options – support messaging or Live Chat. Both are available by logging in to your account.
